Sour Fruit Ale
Tropic Sunrise is our second Tropic-collabo with Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with mango, pineapple and raspberry. Pinkish hue, rosy glow!
After Tropic Thunder (Tropic Punch in the USA) we knew we had to make a sequel. If our aim with Tropic Thunder was to make a popsicle beer, our aim with Tropic Sunrise was to make just that; A tropic sunrise, in a bottle. We played around with a bunch of different fruits but when we added the raspberries to give it that pink morning glow and berry taste, we knew we had another banger.
