One of our new sour fruit ales is Elderflower & Pear.  We wanted to brew something that tastes like summer, summer in a can, so what better than to pair sweet elderflower with tasty pears? We landed on a 4.5% ABV sour which comes out later this spring, you will find it at Systembolaget and in different bars and restaurants.

Our production team canned the beer earlier this week and this is the last step before our beer leaves our brewery. In the beer canning process, we have staff members operating the production line to ensure that the can fillers produce accurate and consistent fills. Another operator supplies empty cans to be packaged into the start of the line through a depalletizer for bulk productions. Each beer has a unique name and label which has been designed just for that product to showcase what kind of beer it is.

Our can journey has just begun and we’re excited to hear what you all think about our new packaging!
