Avenyn Ale

When our founder Mikael started thinking about opening a brewery, he always knew an American Pale Ale would be the first brew. He wanted a hop-forward ale that would challenge the average Swedish beer drinker. 

So, on April 24, 2005, Dugges opened its doors, and Mikael brewed the very first batch of beer. Less than one month after Dugges Bryggeri started, that first batch, Avenyn Ale, was bottled. 

This was our always and forever beer for as long as we can remember. And we're so glad to have it back. Here's to 20 more years! Dugges!
