Beach Peach Sour

Is this the summer sour to end all summer sours? Or is this a new beginning? The start of something utterly fantastic. I can’t believe it took us twenty years as a brewery and ten years of making sours before we came up with this ultra-intuitive yet deceivingly complex taste combo. 

Starting off as a discussion on what people actually want to drink in the scorching sun, or just as it sets, sinking deeper and deeper down into the turquoise ocean, as the sand from the beach gets between your toes, in a good way, and you hang out with all your friends and loved ones at a tiki-bar on a dreamy island somwhere…. Or you know, anywhere where there might be summer. We landed here, an ice tea summer beer. 

After some tinkering, we ended up with the perfect blend of black luxury Sri Lankan and Indian tea, just the right amount of Bergamot, a lot of peach, and a sourness to offset the sweetness, or maybe the other way around. Enjoy over ice, we dare you. Longdrink!
