Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
A round silky boom bang.

Saffron was the continuation of something wholly new and simultaneously built on a set foundation. Its journey started in the US, where we brewed two other stouts. We thought we were done there, but upon tasting them and thinking about them, we realized we had something remarkable on our hands, something we could play around with. So, the Grand series was born.
Grand is a series of stouts, a canvas, that we paint as we go along. And if we for the base beer drew with spice, we've for this beer drawn with spirit, with the signature added being the magic that happens when you barrel-age in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.
