Bow Tie Daddy

After playing around with Lactobacillus fruit beers for a couple of years, we wanted to make a clean sour. Throwing around the idea, other features came to. We wanted to put a bit of wheat malts in there. We wanted to dry hop it a bit. And, naturally (or not) we wanted to get a Frank Zappa reference in there. After a few tweaks of the recipe (and more than one Zappa reference tested) Bow Tie Daddy came to be. We call it a Berliner Weisse Style, adding the Style as our American colleagues do. Pointing out that every aspect of the beer is just a little bit 'more' than it's European, or in our case, German, counterparts.
