When we do kitchen take-overs at our bar Pils, that is, when we invite food-creators to take over our kitchen for a day or two, to cook, showcase and sell their food, we usually brew a beer together with them. A beer to be premiered at the take-over and a beer that goes well with the food they’re presenting. 

For this beer, the discussion went like this:
