This beer is part of a series of beers that are wolves in sheep's clothing. First off, it’s beer, as cocktails. Or, cocktails as beers. The Trojan Horse of beverages. Then, the cans might look classy enough, but inside, there are explosions of sensory impressions that will have you see neon lights, bubble gum, and party nights. It's a ride, we promise.

It's not our first venture into the realm of cocktail beers, and it won't be our last. We love these. The new aspect of this series (also featuring Amaretto Sour and Limoncello Sour), which we hadn't previously mastered, is the sweetness.

Many cocktails strike the perfect balance between sweet and sour. A balance that is not easily replicated in a beer. However, we've done it!

Meet Caipirinha Sour, a lovely beer, a potent, tropical mix of sweet, tart, and grassy, citrussy muddled lime. With the perfect ratio of sweetness and underpinned by the unique earthy, floral notes, it creates a strong, refreshing, and complexly balanced drink. High standard!
