You search for inspiration. Where have you been lately? What have you tasted? How have you felt? Are there any scents, views, or words? Then it hits you. Boom. Ice cream. Cherry ice cream. You know it’s been there all along. Lurking inside your mind. Like cherry ice cream always does. Can ice cream really lurk, though? If there ever was a lurker within the ice cream family, cherry ice cream would be the one. Oh! And a hint of sourness. That’ll seal the deal. So, sour cherry ice cream as a beer. Let’s make it!
