Choose Cherry is a sour fruit ale that combines three different malts with a rich flavoring of dark sour cherries. The fruitiness is accentuated by an acidity from the addition of Lactobacillus during fermentation.

Story text:

After playing around with kinda low ABV, straight forward malt-wise, sours for a while we wanted to make a bigger, bolder and in a sense more complex Lacto sour. That was the starting point. Choose Cherry became the beer. At the time we had a Cherry hang up. Loving it and putting it into a lot of beers. Still love it. Still choose cherry.
