Story text:

Coconut in a imperial stout is a given while at the same time not easy to do. The balance, getting just the right amount of coconut flavor is key. Calle was on a mission. It took three types of coconut, at just the right ratio to get it right. Roasted coconut powder, lightly roasted coconut chips and natural coconut. Calle sat watch by our oven so that the chips got that perfect tan. Creamy mouthfeel, subtle layered coconut notes, magnificent imperial stout.
