Putting the tropics in a glass, in a beer! That’s what we did here. A nicely tart brew packed with coconut and pineapple. For all those days dreamingly drifting away to a paradise beach with the most beautiful sunset and swaying palm trees. Mirage!

Story text:

After doing a few sours within the New Nordic Beer project, aiming to bring forward new, nordic styles of beer only using nordic ingredients, we wanted to do something, for us, exotic. Now, I don’t know why, but it seems like if you ask a Swede to mention something exotic the classic pineapple drink or cocktail always comes us. A drink served in a hollowed out pineapple with small paper umbrellas, straws and whatnot in it. We wanted to do that drink as a beer. So we did.
