CRUSH DELTA

We loved CRUSH GAMMA! It almost became what we wanted it to be. But, there’s always that ’almost’, right? Could it be a little more like this, a little less like that and could we keep all of the rest? So, we did three small tweaks from CRUSH GAMMA to CRUSH DELTA. One, we, for the first time in a CRUSH series beer, added a very small amount of bittering hops (as a first wort edition). Two, we scaled down the hop bill to two, for us, essential hops: Simcoe and Mosaic, keeping the same amount mind you. And three, we changed the double dry hopping regime to equal parts hops at each dry hopping, instead of the 3/4:1/4 ratio we used for CRUSH GAMMA. Enjoy!
