Strawberry, vanilla mousse, almond flavor and rose sour
Together with Gothenburgian vegan pastry chef Lisa of Doux Pastry we’ve created this sour beer to put the spotlight on her and her work. She decided on the beer and we made it happen. A beer in Dugges Spotlight series. Doux!
A few years back we had a project we called Spotlight. It was a beer and some of the proceeds of that beer went in to a scholarship which we annually gave out to someone pithing the Gothenburg culture sector. Why we stopped doing that, we don’t know. What we do know is that we’ve decided to bring it back. Kinda. Spotlight now is us singing the light on Gothenburgian culture. Making beers with people we think do really cool stuff. 2019 we did a pilsner together with artist Ollio. For this year we’ve made a french strawberry cake sour together with vegan pastry chef Lisa AKA Doux Pastry!
