Droppen

It starts with a single drop, like a shimmer in the glass born from haze and light. At first, it’s calm, soft, and glowing, but it carries a storm inside.


Droppen or The Drop opens with Nelson Sauvin, wild and vinous, like white grapes crushed under the sun, dripping with gooseberry and a flash of lychee. Then comes the Maui Nelson. Concentrated, potent, like the essence of the hop world squeezed into liquid gold. Passionfruit explodes, resin hums in the background, and the drop deepens. Finally, Citra bursts in, unruly and bright. Mango slides across the tongue, lime cracks through, grapefruit zest sparks. The drop is no longer still. It’s alive, glowing with citrus fire.



It’s a DIPA that looks to the future while longing for the past. And yet, it is very much here and now. Enjoy!
