Ethiopia Welena is our latest collaboration with noted coffee roasters Johan & Nyström using coffee from the Gedeo Zone. Once again we are on a quest to create a rich and intriguing stout. Take five!

Story text:

After doing Ethiopia Gedeo with Johan & Nyström, and it turning out so awesome, a sequel was a no brainer. We even did a two part sequel where Ethiopia Welena is one part. The same base beer as the Ethiopia Gedeo but with a different coffee variety. Not much more to say really. We did it again, and we'll do it again. Coffee and Imperial Stout rule!
