Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA that is super fruity with loads and loads and loads of hops. That’s fresh. This is FRESH. Gotta be fresh!

Story text:

We started off with FRESH, a 7.7% ABV 70/30 Pilsner Malt and Rice combo with loads and loads of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. For this version, FRESH2, we scaled down and tweaked the malt bill, just a tad. Changing the Pilsner Malt/Rice ratio to 69/31, Bringing the beer down to 7.3%. And, slightly altered the fermentation temperature. As for hops, we put in more (obviously), holding back the Nelson Sauvin and letting Citra play the lead. in a big way!
