High Five

Story text:

This beer is one of those beers that has been around since our early years. However, it has undergone some changes over time. Many iterations have been released.

First off, we wanted to brew an American IPA. We wanted it to have an aroma from which you could pick up everything that you like with the style. To achieve this, we hopped and dry-hopped it with five high-alpha-acid American hops. And, almost by default, it got its name. High Five!

Initially, this beer clocked in at 7.5%. However, to make it a little lighter, we reduced it to 6.5%. And, while the hops remained the same, we've changed the amount of hops and dry-hopped numerous times during its life cycle.

Then we stopped brewing it.

But now it’s back. With a back. In its original form. It’s 2007, 2008, or whenever it was (we can only remember for as long as we can remember…) all over again. Up top!
