Exploring is in our DNA and putting two and two together can never go wrong, right? So, that’s what we did here. A hybrid is a blend between different things, and Hybrid 02 is just that. It’s a beer, wine and berries blend with a very very very very berry berry berry berry taste. Verryberryness!

Story text:

It all started with a discussion with our friends at Stillwater Artisanal. A discussion on wine, beer and development. A discussion on fruits, acidity and looking at things the other way. The answer to that was Hybrid 01, and after that we continued exploring on our own. So, now we give you Hybrid 02. A beer, wine and fruits blend with very berry tones and a oaky taste on top of that, stemming from the barrels. It has that puckering sourness, sweet fruitiness and vinous tones forming a unity among the flavors. United!
