There’s something about Lagers. It’s by far the most sold beer style in the world. There are too many varieties to count. And, everyone has an opinion about them. Whether it’s ’I don’t like beer’ meaning ’I don’t like Lagers’ or it’s ’That does not taste like beer’ meaning ’Beer should taste like Lagers’ or just knowing what brand or what Lager style you like among all those styles. We’ve done quite a few Lagers here at Dugges. As the general population, everyone here has their different goto style. So, we’ve catered to many tastes. So we did a really crisp, really clean, and really dry pils. We wanted to, as you say, keep it simple. We wanted to just, with all the hard work that entails, make a pils. So, that’s what we did. Then, we kegged something straight from the tank, and got this; Keller. Fresh or bust!
