Calle, our resident microbiologist, has some barrels of brett beer stashed away here at the brewery. Barrels that we, from time to time, go and take tasters from. To see how the beer has aged. To check if its any good. (It always is.) This year, we decided it was finally time to do something with that beer. It was ready. So, we created this blend of lovely puckering sour beer. Here’s to more sour power!
