We've been doing sours for a few years now, and with them we’ve almost tried it all. We’ve been doing juicy IPAs for a few years now, and from them we’ve learnt a lot about dry hopping. So, taking what we’ve learnt from making the IPAs and applying that to a sour beer was something we really wanted to try. I mean, we’ve done dry hopped sours before, but not in this manner, only trying to get the most fruitiness, and none of the bitterness, out of the hop and into the beer. And, you know what? We’re really happy with the result. This might be the first of many in this style. We might let it linger. Get it? Yeah, you get it!
