Little Tropic

Little Tropic is the result of a collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. We brew this sour beer with Lactobacillus and let it ferment with tonnes of mango and passion fruit. Then, we infuse it with peachy paradise. Thunder!

Here in Sweden, we have something called Folköl. Folköl’s are beers with an ABV of 3.5%. The nice thing about these beers is that they can be sold in ordinary grocery stores (instead of only in the government-owned liquor monopoly storse). If you translate Fölköl to English, it would be ’people’s beer,’ and that’s just what this is. Having not done Folköl for a while, we decided to do a people’s version of our favorite sour, Tropic Thunder. The fruits are a little different, the taste is a little different, and the ABV is a little lower. The same but still unique. Like a little sibling. Meet Little Tropic!
