Lumber Jack

Sometimes, in a brewery, you just want to try something out. Then something else happens. Lumber Jack is one of those something else’s. We had an idea for a malt base we wanted to try out and we designed a beer around that. But, somewhere along the line from idea to malt grinder, everything changed. We came to try out a completely different malt bill, and a different yeast, and completely different hops from what we set out to do. This was and is a good thing. In a brewery, you need to let creativity roam and just go with a flow. And, with this beer, we’re very happy we did that because it tastes absolutely kick-ass.
