A tasteful IPA with a balanced bitter bite and an aromatic hop character. Just the way we like it. Luminous!
When is an IPA an IPA and when is a Pale Ale a Pale Ale? In the craft beer world this question seems to be either about tradition, alcohol content or amount of hops. Or, a combination of some or all of them! Clear as day, right!? For us here at Dugges we probably lean more towards the amount of hops used… and the overall feeling of the beer… or indeed the idea of the beer. (Another variable right there…)
Ok, we’re rambling.
We’ve made a 6% IPA when we’ve made 6% Pale Ales. So why is lux an IPA? Because it has all the characteristics of an IPA, whatever they are. You want an IPA? You want Lux. Switch on!
