Mango Tomas

We at Dugges have a bar in Gothenburg. The bar is called Pils, and it satisfies all your Dugges needs. On tap number 1, we always have our premium lager Pils. But, having a bar named Pils, you need more lagers.

To have this, we decided that tap 2 would be dedicated to one-off staff lagers. Beers that each member of staff, taking turns, would design. That's how this beer started. Not as a staff lager, though, since it did not take long for us to stray.

We did Calle's, then Mikael's, then Merritt's. All lagers. For the fourth beer, however, Emma's, we did a sour. And the fifth, Tomas, was a Peach Cream Double IPA.

Mango Tomas is a follow-up to that fifth beer. Switching out peach for mango and the Amarillo, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic hop-combo for an all-Mosaic experience. We kept the vanilla. Because you need that vanilla. Creamy!
