New Freshland
An DIPA in the FRESH Series
Label text:
A beer that truly is new land for our FRESH series. A DIPA instead of an IPA. It’s also New Zealand in a keg. A Nelson Sauvin forward hoppy drinker. Liquid aurora australis. Magical!
Story text:
Sometimes we need to switch it up. We need to do more than tinker, more than tweak. That’s certainly the case with New Freshland and it’s companion Citra Plus. For these beers we wanted to explore what the FRESH base, which normally is an IPA clocking in at 7%, would taste like as double IPA’s. We also wanted to showcase two of our favorite hops, Citra and Nelson Sauvin respectively. The end result became a neo-west coast juicer and New Zealand in a bottle… well in a keg actually. And, we really like it. Moving forward this will inspire us a lot.
