Over the last couple of years, the Chinese craft beer market has really boomed. Breweries, craft beer bars and craft beer lovers have popped up all over the place, at an amazing pace. For us China has become an important export market. In doing that, exporting to China, we found our friends at Nbeer. As we love collaborating with our friends, and we’ve never collaborated with any brewery form Asia before, this beer was just a logical progression. We discussed recipes back and forth quite a bit, landing on something Swedish and within the New Nordic Beer project. When we go to China, we’ll do something Chinese.
