Layer upon layer upon layer. Three different kinds of raspberries. Purée, juice and powder! And, a collaboration with J. Wakefield, Florida, USA, at that. This sour beer is berry berry berry heaven. Cake!

Story text:

J. Wakefield Brewing are famous for their fruit sours. We’re (kinda) famous for our fruit sours. And, at the third time trying, we finally got to do one together! The first time we tried to get a collar going they didn’t make it to SWE and we (without them) ended up doing a beer called Pear Are You Jonathan? The second time they missed out coming due to logistics. Then we just postponed it. Finally, they made it! A fruit sour was always a given. Raspberries! And, as much of it as we could possibly fit in the tank. Raspberry purée, concentrate and freeze dried was all thrown in there. And lots of it! Because, why not?
