In our journey and nestled in the heart of our quest for the perfect brew, we've embarked on crafting an elixir dubbed "liquid sunshine." With a vision of 6.5% vol. of golden bliss, we tread the path of creation, fully aware that perfection is a horizon always receding.


Our latest odyssey brings together a quartet of hops: Amarillo, with its sunlit whispers of citrus; Citra, the reigning sovereign of the hop realm, famed for its vibrant burst of citrus and tropical notes; Idaho 7, adding layers of apricot complexity and a hint of black tea mystery; and Rakau, with its orchard fresh aromas of apricot and pear.


This brew, together with it’s sibling Sunray, is more than a beer; it's a narrative of exploration, a testament to our core values of curiosity, creativity, humility, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
