We’ve been on a pale ale craze recently, brewing them left, right and center. Not really sure why. It could be the weather. This spring has been absolutely amazing on the west coast of Sweden, where we’re at. Sunshine craves that corresponding glass of seemingly illuminated beer. Having dabbled so much, we found a hop combo that really works for us. First, you add some Citra and Cryo Pop. Then you add some more Citra, Cryo Pop, and throw in some Mosaic there. Sooooo nice. We’ll probably use that combo in different ratios again and again and again. But first, let’s celebrate the light. All light, all day and all night. Summer!
