Sun Mosaic

This beer comes from the summer. It’s an homage to our favorite things, sunshine and Mosaic hops. We brewed it with the mission to catch earthy, floral and fruity rays of light in a bottle. Luminous!

Story text:

”What we’re gonna do right here is go back.” That’s kinda what we thought when deciding to brew Sun Mosaic. It’s old school, but not old, old school. Just enough old school to bing us back to the days when we got into American pale ales. The malt base is there. The bitterness is there. The hops are there. (And yeah, there are some other hops than Mosaic in there but Sometimes it does not have to be harder than that. An easy beer to complement or remind you of the sun. No more, no less.
