Many years ago, we started brewing a series of DIPAs called Crush. An ever-changing concept, idea, and journey toward the perfect DIPA in a world where our vision of that was ever-changing.

While Tiptop is not part of the Crush series, it is an excellent continuance for, once again, aiming at that ever-changing perfect DIPA. It also embodies everything we've learned from dreaming up and brewing all our previous DIPAs. And it follows straight from our latest varieties, Elite and Jet Set.

So, what is the significant change this time? Well, it’s our ongoing exploration of north meets south. Two new worlds but almost worlds apart. The Citra hop and the Nelson Sauvin hop. Grapefruity, limey, and tropical meets gooseberry and white wine.
