We’ve done plenty of fruit sours. In fact, we do them daily. And yes, we’ve used Mango before, and we’ve used Passion Fruit before. So, what’s the difference this time? Well, we’ve never used Mango and Passion Fruit as a pair. Nor have we, when we’ve used Mango and Passion Fruit together with other fruits, used this ratio of them… yeah.

Okay, so we understand that this can seem a bit nerdy, technical-ish and redundant. But, for us, it’s a big deal. What would a sour taste like if we used only these specific fruits at this ratio?

The answer is fantastic! It really pops! And like all our other sours, we’re so glad we did it. We’ll cherish, enjoy and learn about it while it’s here. Then, it’s on to the next one. Onwards and upwards!
