When Cloudwater Brew Co, of Manchester, England, came over to brew Pale Ale Pale Ale Pale Ale in the beginning of March 2017 we wanted to hit two birds with one stone. In addition to a super straight forward, modern, biscuity pale ale, we wanted to brew something really, really exclusive, elusive and elegant. Having been over to Cloudwater in November of 2016 and tasted their cocoa husk infused imperial stout — tasting like pure milk chocolate — we wanted to incorporate that. And, we wanted loads of coconut. And, we wanted the best rum barrel aging we could find. Said and done. We did all that. So we brewed a Martinique Rhum Agricole Barrel Aged Imperial Coconut and Chocolate Stout. For short, Yummy Rummy!
