Yuzu Salty

Sometimes beers don't really have a story. At least not any other than "Hey! Would it not be cool to make [...]" "This combo sounds perfect!" Or, "Why not try something with salt?" This is one of those beers. Kind of.

We've had many beers, fruits, cocktails, shots, and drinks during all seasons of the year and in almost every thinkable setting. A while back, we made a beer drawn from all those experiences, having them idle in the back of our heads as we went about our daily routines. Then, connecting a hose, having lunch, or designing a label, the idea popped up from nowhere. And then, there we had it. A new beverage.

Lately, here at Dugges, we've been on somewhat of a Yuzu craze. We get into crazes occasionally, and this is such an occasion. So we thought: ”You know that beer we did a while back, the one that just came from nowhere? How about that, but with Yuzy?” Done, done, and done! Summer sour saltiness in your glass. Yeah!
