This is the barrel aged version of our Omnipollo collaboration Anagram. After doing a beer that tasted more like a dessert than any other beer before it we knew that we had to take it a step further. Love, madness and beer. All in one. Enjoy!

Story text:

Anagram, the regular version, is a blueberry cheesecake imperial stout. And, while that might sound a bit weird it keeps all it promises. Imperial Stout, check. Blueberries, check. Cheesecake, check. If that’s not enough to get you going. Take the base beer and let it rest on bourbon barrels. Magic! It’s hard not to fall in love with this beer. It’s got extra everything and yet is just right.
