Before brewing this beer it had been a while side we brewed a pale at our own place. (However, we have been contract brewing them in the US.) And, it’s a bit weird because we love pales as the lower ABV, easy drinking session beers they are. We also wanted to do something to continuously excite as well us as our customers. So, we thought up the Lush-series. A series of pales, each showcasing something in the beer. It could be malt bill, yeast, process or, as in this case, hops. It also helps us to never stand still. To constantly experiment and improve. We’re very much looking forward to what this series of beers will bring.
