Barrel Aged Winter Warmer

For a long time, we’ve brewed a beer called Mörk Lager, a dark lager. Here at the brewery, we love this beer. On its own, it’s a very pleasant drink but it is when paired with food that it really shines. It pairs with almost anything! But, sometimes you want a bit more oumph, a bit more bite and… well… a little bit more. So what to do? Well, we put our beloved Mörk Lager into bourbon barrels previously holding our iconic imperial stout idjit. A second fill to infuse the beer with all that more we wanted. And, more we got!
