For a long time, Jasmine blossoms have been used to scent tea. A subtly sweet highly fragrant and flowery tea. We’ve put these qualities into a sour beer. Bringing together the best of two worlds. In bloom!

Story text:

Our brew master Mikael went on a trip to China. Back with him to the brewery he brought a bag of Jasmine tea flowers. The smell of these flowers was insane. Sweet, a bit minty, flowery and just begging to be put in a beer. Said and done. This is a 4.0% ABV small batch brew that we really love here at the brewery. Smells amazing, tastes great. This is one tasty beer! Let’s hope we can brew it again. The quantity of the quality we need are hard to come by. Get it while you can!
