Black Blue Red and Purple

During 2019 we’ve started playing around with beer and wine blends here at Dugges. We don’t know where we’re heading with it yet but we know we’re on our way towards something that tastes really good and transcends the beer/wine dichotomy. This beer is the base beer for such a blend, an imperial sour that we’ve brewed with att the fruity notes of our favorite reds. Later, this beer will be blended with a red wine and rest for a while on oak barrels. But, that’s for another story.
