Story text:

During the Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen in 2019 we started talking to dave from Dry & Bitter. He’d been carrying around this idea, nay, dream of a banana beer and, not just as a novelty but a good tasting banana beer. Ideas ping-ponged back and forth and we must have covered all styles and all adjuncts before settling on a banana sour with vanilla. After a bit of thinking, engineering, recipe making and testing we finally got it right. Liquid candy.
