The CRUSH series is our ever changing concept, idea and journey towards the perfect DIPA in a world where our idea of the perfect DIPA is ever changing. With IOTA we took the CRUSH base beer and played around with the fermenting process. Then, we dry hopped it with Rakau hops!
Story text:
After doing Double Crush, Ronny’s Crush and CRUSH ALPHA through to EPSILON we landed in (just) CRUSH, which has now become our core DIPA. Deciding on making it our core DIPA, we though a bit about discontinuing the series. But, what’s the fun in that!? Pushing the CRUSH moniker to the back and letting the variety name shine we keep on fiddling with the beer and indulging our curiosity. This time, we played around with hops and yeast. Next time it might be something completely different. DIPAs never stand still. And, neither do we. Forward!
