This is an IPA in the FRESH series. A series where we explore all the different aspects of an IPA. For this version we tried a old school/new school vibe with Loral and Columbus hops, then fermented it with a New England yeast strain.

Story text:

Even though we’ve experimented a lot with FRESH, our new standard IPA, we still want to play around with the base beer. This is the fifth of many such experiments: HERBY - An IPA in the FRESH-series. A version where we continued treading the path of a modern classic.
