This is our house sour amped up a bit to make it imperial. It has been infused with generous amounts of orange peel and citrus peel for an elegant and laid back citrus feel. It’s not subtle nor in your face. It’s just right. Tart tanginess, sweet fruitiness and crisp lemon-ness. Refreshing!

Story text:

This beer was actually meant to be a clean beer. And, by clean, this time, we mean non-barrel aged. We had this idea of putting an orangey sour on some triple sec barrels. More particular, the orange liqueur kind. We wanted to make a beer smack dab full of citrusy flavors. However, the beer we brewed to fill the barrels with was just so damn good! We had to release it clean. Don’t worry, the barrel aged version is through Future – Dugges Barrel Again still a go. It’s resting nicely in our barrel store. For now you have to settle for Citrus Rush. And oh what a nice settle it is. Sour power!
