En Svagare Öl

Johan Lindberg is a peoples beer entrepreneur. He runs the podcast Fölk-podden, writes columns, and hosts tastings, just to name a few things. He also develops beers and is about to release a book.

In the book, Johan wanted a segment on food and beer and asked Dugges Pils' head chef, Karl Krook, to pitch in. So, what better venue to have the launch party for the book than Pils? And, to really tie everything together, what better way for Johan than to develop a beer for that book release with us?

En Svagare Öl is a beer for the launch party En Svagare Release for the book En Svagare Bok Om Öl, published by Mondial. It's a hazy, hoppy hurrah of a beer with all the taste but less alcohol. Just like a great folköl is supposed to be. Fölk!
