FRESH FIFTEEN

We’re nearly there. If you can be nearly there with an ever changing concept. FRESH FOURTEEN was very close to what we wanted to achieve when we set out with FRESH, the first iteration. So, for FRESH FIFTEEN we continued along that path, making minor tweaks to get where we want to be. Mosaic, Ekuanot and Citra still sits at the forefront. Upping the Citra and scaling back the Ekuanot just a tad. We made the beer even clearer. And, through changing the fermentation a little bit, we tried to make it a bit more crisp. Will this be the last or final version? Who knows! All we know is, that’s fresh! This is fresh! Gotta be fresh!
