CRUSH is our (other) ever changing concept, idea and journey towards the perfect IPA in a world where our idea of the perfect IPA is ever changing. Heard it before? Where FRESH is our IPA, CRUSH is our DIPA. With CRUSH EPSILON we’ve added a little pinch of top note freshness!

Story text:

For CRUSH EPSILON we did two changes. We’ve once again excluded bettering hops all together. Didn’t doo much for the DELTA we thought. And, this is the big one, we’ve exchange the Simcoe hops for Citra and added a third hop, Nelson Sauvin. Both added to give the beer an extra zing. While we’ve used Nelson Sauvin in the FRESH-series before, it’s a first for CRUSH. Because it’s a (for us) very hard hop to come by in the quantities we want, we’re very pleased that we’re able to do this for the CRUSH EPSILON. Hope you’ll like it!
