Hazy

Over quite a few brews of different IPAs, we've been trying to perfect this idea of a beer that is 6,5% vol. and liquid sunshine. While perfection is fleeting since the goal constantly moves, we know we probably won't reach it. Nor do we think we would want to. Stagnation would loom. But we'll give it a fair go every time.

That said, when it comes to liquid sunshine, if not the actual thing, this beer comes pretty damn close to perfection. A beer for the bar, a night out, and some time with friends. 

We've got Citra, the current superstar of the hop world. The most sought-after hop variety. Loved because it offers an intense citrusy flavor and aroma that revolutionized IPAs. And we've got Mosaic, which provides a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate favorably into IPAs. And these two hops work wonders as a combo! 

Go out for a night on the town. Make it hazy. Beer!
