Hoppy Pils

A straight forward, no fuss, simple yet complex Pils – as our regular Pils is – is a fantastic beer. Sometimes however you want a little more bite and sometimes you want a little more fruitiness. Having the latter in mind we created this hoppy pils. A modern hoppy pils taking it’s cues from the production methyingd of modern IPA’s. So, heavily dry hopped for fruitiness instead of heavily boil hopped for bitterness. We love it! As we wrote above: A late summers lager if there ever was one!
